Dog Training Chicago Midwest Police and Security Expo

The 2 dogs in this video are a 1 year old Belgian Malinois, and a 3 year old American Pit Bull Terrier. This event was held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont Illinois, on Aug. 12-13 2008. Now in it's 8th year, it is an exciting 2 day marketplace featuring state of the art security and law enforcement products. Sacramento Police K-9 Demo
This was one of many demonstrations put on by the Sacramento Police Department K-9 unit at the Sacramento Police Academy. This scene simulates the end of a pursuit and the dog chases down the suspect. Unfortunately it was very dark outside and the dog actually gets the guy off camera, but it is still pretty neat.
